This week’s pick is The Secret Life of Sparrow Delaney by Suzanne Harper (YA HARPER).
Sparrow can’t wait to start tenth grade at a new school where no one knows her, her family, or her weird hometown. Her only ambition is to be normal, and at first she thinks she's succeeded - she's made a new friend and there's a guy in her history class who's quite intriguing. But somehow the ghosts have followed her to high school, and there's one in particular who needs her help. And unfortunately this ghost is the one ghost who won't leave her alone. But helping him means Sparrow has to admit something - she has to admit she's a psychic, the best psychic her family has ever produced. And that is the last thing she wants to do.
